I began my career in the recruitment industry in 1996 at one of the big four accounting firms in Toronto. My tenure at the accounting firm provided me with a solid understanding and respect for the extensive training involved in becoming a CA. In 2000, I joined a boutique search firm specializing in the placement of finance and accounting professionals. This allowed me to capitalize on my ability to develop professional long-term relationships based on trust and integrity with candidates and clients.
My enthusiasm for the industry, sound knowledge of the technical aspects of Finance and Accounting, and exceptional customer service allow me to understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates and create successful long-term results.
