After graduating from Western University, I began my career in the commercial real estate industry, where I provided transactional and strategic advisory support to national organizations. In 2006, I joined the recruitment industry, realizing this career combined my passion for helping people, coaching, strategy, real estate, and advisory. Focusing on finance, accounting, and investment recruitment proved to be the perfect fit for me and allowed me to leverage my education, ethics, and professional experience while fuelling my entrepreneurial mindset. In 2012, Edge Search Partners was founded, and since then, we have successfully assisted hundreds of clients in building their finance and accounting teams with incredible talent.
I take pride in my work, care deeply about people, and I am always willing to take on the “challenging search” because I am confident that commitment and dedication will lead to positive outcomes.
